Xin Dong
Xin was born in Wuhan and grown up in Guangzhou since 10 years old. After she graduated from Sun Yet-Sen University, Guangzhou, she came to the US for graduate school and obtained a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. In 2012, she moved with her husband to the Bay Area.
While exploring work interests and values in the Bay Area, she had an opportunity to teach at a Chinese immersion charter school as an after-school teacher, through which she found her passion and potential to teach young children. Since then, she started to take courses in Early Childhood Education and at the same time teach at a Chinese-Immersion international school in Berkeley. Building on different teaching philosophies from her academic and work experiences and cultural background, she captured her dream of opening a play-based Chinese Immersion program and found Little Lamb in 2014.

Muchun Lv (吕老师)
Ms. Lv was as born and grown up in Xi’an, China. She received BA degree in English Translation in 2011 and after graduated, she moved to Bay Area and took courses of Human Resource Management. Through getting along with her very younger brother, Muchun found that she likes children very much and would be very happy and satisfied with staying with the children.
Muchun joined Little Lamb in 2018 and has been taking courses in Early Childhood Education, working toward her BA degree in child development. She holds a permit of Master Teacher and site supervisor. She hopes that by studying and improving her professional ability, she can better go further in the career of early education.

Xiaohui Liang (梁老师)
Ms. Liang is born and raised in Guangzhou, China. With a background in computer science, she brings a unique perspective to her role in the classroom. After moving to the Bay Area with her family in 2017, she decided to further her education in Early Childhood Education at a local community college.
Ms. Liang joined Little Lamb Bilingual Preschool in 2019, where she finds immense joy and fulfillment. Her love, patience, and responsibility make her an exceptional teacher who truly cares for her students. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters, enjoying all that the Bay Area has to offer.

Yi Li (李老师)
Ms. Li, a dedicated early childhood educator born and raised in Guangxi, China. She brought her passion for children to the Bay Area in 2019 and is currently pursuing her education in Early Childhood Education at a local community college. With a natural talent for art, Ms. Li loves painting and other forms of artistic expression.

Wei Fan (范老师)
Ms. Fan has a rich educational and professional background, having grown up in Wuhan, China. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Musical Education from the WuHan Conservatory of Music, she went on to earn the prestigious National Level 2 Psychological Counselor designation in China. With a Teacher Qualification Certificate for both primary and secondary education, Ms. Fan has over a decade of experience as a successful music teacher in her home country. In 2021, she made the move to the Bay Area to further her education and has enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program at Berkeley City College. Ms. Fan has a deep passion for both children and teaching, and is eager to continue her growth and development in the field of early education, driven by her desire to improve her professional abilities and achieve even greater success in her career.

Xuefen (Ivy) Li (Ivy老师)
Ms. Ivy, was born and raised in Guangzhou, China where she studied Clothes Design as her major. She has been working with young children since relocating to the Bay Area with her family in 2018. To further her professional growth in the field, she is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program at Contra Costa Community College. Ms. Ivy has a natural love for children and a deep commitment to their well-being, demonstrated by her passion for providing wholesome and nutritious food through baking. With her professional experience, ongoing education, and personal passion for nurturing young minds, Ms. Ivy is a highly capable and driven educator.

Siwei Zhang (张老师)
Ms. Zhang was born in Shanghai, China, studied in Japan and graduated from Yokohama International Education Academy. She moved to the US in 1994 and graduated from the National Holistic Institute - Emeryville in 2002. She loves children very much and greatly values the early Chinese education in young children. Ms. Zhang has been a Chinese tutor for many years since 2003, and started working in Chinese-immersion preschools in the Bay Area since 2018. She likes to sing, dance, learn, and make happy memorable memories with young ones.
